We talk about food allergies and this special diet my little ones have to be on. Well what is the actual affect it has on them? This is to help myself remember or anybody else needing to know what they could have possibly eaten to cause such a reaction.
Jayden:
Tomatoes, Soy - Anus turns red and starts bleeding b/c it itches really bad.
Eggs, Corn - Cause itching
Wheat - tiny ezcema bumps and extreme itching.
Jordan:
Honey, Soy - Hives
Wheat - Eye swells and hard to breathe
Strawberries, Oatmeal, potatoes - breaks out in pelvis area and legs
This list is not inclusive. Some things I haven't figured out yet. Jordan is still having ezcema issues, so we are still on the hunt...

Happy Recipe Posting
From "The Life I'm Living..." blog (http://juanytagoree.blogspot.com/), it was discovered that my babies have food allergies. The purpose of this blog is to log all the recipes my littles one can have. Heaven forbid something happens to me, but in the event something does, my loved ones can refer to this, to cook for my boys.
Happy Cooking...
